Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests following the end of gymnastics. She was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She earned her Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she was in prior competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. In October 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The show was a success and she placed third. In summer 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with her result. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by an actual exercise. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week. One day would be lighter weight and another days heavy weight.
